General terms and conditions
- No multiply accouns! Particulary, you may not register multiple accounts to promote a single site. All the multiply accounts will be deleted.
- Point - a unit of JetSwap internal payment system. As any unit of payment, points may be used for various purposes. The possession of points does not imply the provision of any services.
- When Spamming in any of it's form with your JetSwap username, your account will be deleted without any notice.
- In case of service rules violation, administration decide at its discretion, to impose a fine on the account or delete it. Decision of the administration is not appealable. Deleted account can not be restored. Funds or resources of any kind on deleted account or otherwise attached to it, or spent this account, can not be recovered or restored.
- If the sum of fine imposed by Administration, more than amount of points, available for member at the moment of the fine imposition, member is given 10 days to increase the amount of points, necessary to write off the fines, after which member pays a penalty with a special account option. In case of delayed payment of a fine, account is to be deleted, and all the promoted sites are added to black-list.
- If you have unpaid fines, some of your account options may be unavailable. The impressions of all the promoted sites may be also suspended.
- Claims on JetSwap service are considered in condition of filing of the claim not later than two weeks after the onset of the claim subject. Consideration of claims filed in violation of these dates are not guaranteed, and any loss arising as a result of this - not compensated.
- Any transactions committed by JetSwap service, using successfully authenticated user data is considered committed by the owner of the account. Any transaction, committed by owner of the account are not subject to cancellation of transaction, if it does not provide an appropriate interface. Any transaction by account may be committed by the owner of the account only after the passage of the authorization on our site.
- The system is provided "as is". Member has no right to require modifications of service administration. If member don't like the service, he/she has the right to apply for deleting his/her account. Application is filed from a user account and performed within 11 days. Acceleration of deleting the account is not possible, register a new account to remove the old one prohibited otherwise your new account may be deleted at any time, even if the old account has been deleted.
- Self-deleting user accounts and possibly performed on request from your account
- Overselling accounts is prohibited!
- Using of any programs, scripts or other means, have not been tested and approved by JetSwap Administration, for access to member accounts and perform automatic operations is prohibited. The establishment of parasitic (in our opinion) overloads of the server by performing a large number of transactions with account is prohibited. In case of significant difference in the number of account operations of the average system index, account can be fined or deleted. Each call to the user account is considered an operation.
- Inactive members will be deleted. Member is considered inactive in case if he/she has not been logged into account within 6 months. A month before the supposed delete, member will be notified via Email. If the member operate any services (site impressions, banners, etc.), he/she is considered active.
- There is prohibited to install or run the SafeSurf program without the consent or acquiescence of the owner of the computer on which you install or run the program.
- You can have one account in each partner system, provided that these accounts do not have direct or indirect referral relations.
- Separate service sections may complement and update these terms. Terms of sections have priority over the general service rules, in case of contradictions.
- Any deviation of the existing rules should be agreed with the administration until the detection of such deviations.
- We reserve the right to change this terms at any time without notice.
- Jetswap Administration is not responsible for any consequences of using the system.
- By the fact of registration in JetSwap service, you signify your unconditional acceptance of these rules.
Terms for advertisers
- Advertiser is any user of the system, using any of JetSwap promotion services.
- The advertiser is solely responsible for all the promoted resource content, regardless of the content providers. Circumstances allowing the advertiser to release from liability for violation of the rules, does not exist, including, but not limited to, if the violations were the fault of third parties.
- Advertiser's Web site acknowledges terms violator, if there are irregularities in the opinion of service moderator. Moderator can explaine the reasons for suspending the site impressions and fines, for advertiser request. If the advertiser does not agree with the moderator, an advertiser can not challenge this decision, but may apply for the removal of his/her account. In this case, all terms, according to account deletion, are fully operational.
- Terms relating to promotional materials, operate in all kinds of promotion in the service.
- In case of terms inconsistency, site promotion will be suspended by the administrator.
- In case of terms inconsistency, paid e-mail delivery will be canceled. Unspent funds will be returned to advertiser's account.
- Site is prohibited for propositions to add itself to favorites, set as home page (automatically), or otherwise interfere with the normal operation of the system.
- In case of presentation mode all sites must conform to the terms of the service.
- Jetswap Administration has right to refuse any site of service without explanation. Denial of service means that any promotional materials on this site may not be promoted with JetSwap service. JetSwap assumes no responsibility for any loss from denial of service and does not cover such losses.
- Regarding site promotion by surfing, paras terms marked [*], [**], [***], [****], [*****], may be violated if using special parameters for site impressions. In the case of display of any Promotional material not in surfing, all the terms of service must be respected.
- If page has more than 7 frames of any type and level of nesting, it must be marked [*] and [***]
- It is forbidden to use any tools of the service, or partner services to divert referrals within the servise, i.e. disseminating information on any bonuses or other benefits for your referrals, using JetSwap or partner services. At the promoted by JetSwap or partner services pages, should not be placed such information or links to pages containing such information. You may without any restrictions disseminate such information in any promotion services, non JetSwap or partner services.
Inviting members from other services (non-partner services) to register as your referrals and offer them any kind of bonuses or other benefits - ALLOWED.
Entice already registered members to register as your referral - FORBIDEN!
- [*]Site is forbidden to display additional popup windows. Pop-up window is a window, triggering the download of a new browser window. If the window does not initiate a new browser window, and "floats" inside the site, it is not considered a pop-up and is not a violation!!!
- [*]Site is forbidden to unfold in full screen, thus destroying the system frame.
- [**]JetSwap service is opened to all sites, except for sites that break Russia's legislation, standards of public morality, erotic and pornographic websites, sex shops, intim-services, etc. or contain elements or references to such elements, which can be attributed to these categories. The decision on the sites belonging to these categories was adopted moderator unilaterally and without appeal.

Terms for Members
- The use of any software to crack the system, ie, violation of its normal functioning, in addition, the creation of such programs and distribution is prohibited.
- Do not disable loading of banners and counters when browsing in surfing or paid email. All responsibility for loading of such elements lies on you. You have no right to participate in surfing or paid email, if such elements are not loaded, for whatever reason (eg, locks on the side of the Internet service provider), except Downtime for loading the data elements.

Exchange Points to Money with third-party exchange services
- Third-party service exchange recognized any site which buy or sell JetSwap or partner systems Points.
- Third-party exchange services are not allowed to sell points at a price lower than the purchase price of points as defined in Stock Rules. For all such cases to the accounts of such services will be fined, and the user reported similar violation, will be rewarded.
